ATV riding was awesome, but how did i end up the dirtiest???


jake's helmet was way too big, but required by law. who am i to question the law.


nevertheless, he was in pure heaven.


if only he were old enough to drive.


tanner and cole...a little weird, but i love them. they are the best of cousins and friends. shortly after this picture, tyler (in background) de-pants tanner and i got a picture of it. i will save that for the family album.

without the helmet, i just call him maverick. the sunglasses were my idea, not his. i kinda like them.


i have turned into a real sissy. i could never quite make it out of the hot tub and into the pool. anna had the right idea as far as i am concerned.


tyler had his hands full with jake, avery and sai, but eventually jake fell asleep while floating. so heavenly...


grandpa told scary stories about side-hill galoops to the kids.


grandma magically put jake to sleep. jake would never think about falling asleep in my arms. sometimes i think that grandma secretes benadryl through her pores. all the kids love to snuggle with grandma.
jake did not have a single nap in his crib. we were too busy. he was a great sport.

the kids performed an impromptu skit directed by cole and some of their talents. these three little monkeys were hillarious to watch. they are the three musketeers, blake, sai and sadie, born within a couple of months of each other.


jake got his own ice cream cone.


my sister stacy is special in so many ways.


the best mom and dad, grandma and grandpa in the whole world.


the falls were so cool, other than the countless panic attacks that i had.



this child runs everywhere!
