Bear Lake Rass Reunion

ohh...how i love bear lake.  so many childhood memories here.  for labor day we went to bear lake and had our little rass reunion.  brought back some great memories.  there was lots of food, playing in the sand, looking for sea shells, riding in the boat, raspberry shakes, sea doo riding, coloring, friendship bracelet making, hiking, card playing and lots of laughs.

cole became a very voluptuous mermaid.

Jake's rhino had "poops" as he would say.

what i love:

* fence all the way around

* $2 entrance fee (for those that are getting wet)

* shaded area with lounge chairs for those that aren't (me)

* more lounge chairs in the sun for those that want to lay out in their bathing suit (not me - yet)

* picnic tables

* grass play area

* you can bring in your own food and drinks

* good, safe fun for the young'ens

* did i mention fence all the way around (that in itself is worth the $2)

rooster house

my cute friend shannon had her cute son weston paint some cute birdhouses.  i loved the idea, so when i saw these little birdhouses at the dollar store, i had to snatch some up.

jake loved it!  the only difference between jake's and weston's birdhouses is that jake insists on calling his a "rooster house"
